Terms and Conditions

1.Service

1.1 The service will be of such cleaning duties determined and agreed between Veranstaltenni and the client; subject to the time of the booking. 

1.2 All appropriate and necessary substances, equipment and personnel protective equipment to perform the required service will be provided by Veranstaltenni; unless otherwise is arranged or requested by the client. 

1.3 If, at any time either party feels there is a safety issue or the service being performed is not what was originally agreed upon, at their own discretion are they able to terminate the service.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Provide a safe working environment for veranstaltenni  to perform the required services.

2.2 Allow accessible areas to be unobstructed for ease of access.

2.3 Provide veranstaltenni access to all service utilities  required to complete the service this includes but not limited to hot and cold water, electricity, rubbish bins. 

2.4 Prior to the commencement of the Service, inform veranstaltenni of any potential hazards.

3.Payment Obligation

3.1 By requesting and booking a service, the client promises to make payment once service is completed. 

3.2 Payments shall be made via cash, cheque or direct deposit into the nominated account.

3.3 Direct debit payments are available for regular clients, where such payments shall be payed prior to the next scheduled service. 

3.4 Any services exceeding the monetary value of three hundred dollars require a 30% deposit prior to the commencement of work, whilst remaining shall be payed on completion.

4. Late Payment 

4.1 Client is to pay account within seven (7) days of the invoice where date shall be provided.

4.2 The client shall incur a late fee payment of an additional five dollars for every day payment has not been received after due date. 

5. Quotations

5.1 An accurate quotation shall not be provided prior to viewing a property, where such quote is requested without viewing the property an indicative monetary value shall be provided.Where such quotation is provided the final sum shall be agreed upon prior to the commencement of works. 

6. Changes to days, time or type of service

6.1 Any changes to the Service originally agreed to between Veranstaltenni must be advised within 48 hours of notice of the agreed service.

6.2 Changes made within less than 48 hours of the booked service a 20% cancellation fee will apply. 

6.3 If additional services are required this shall be organised between the client and Veranstaltenni, atleast 24 hours before for best outcome and accomodate the service; where a new invoice will be be available.

6.4 If the condition of the property and type of service being performed is not was originally described and interpreted a cost will be determined prior to works commencing between veranstaltenni and the client. 

7. Complaints

7.1 Any dissatisfaction must be report immediately or within 12 hours of completion of service to Veranstaltenni via email expressing the issue providing evidence which may include photo's or video. Veranstaltenni will investigate the issue with provided evidence and engagement of parties involved. 

7.2 If Veransaltenni is found to be at fault the client will be entitled to either : 

A Partial or full refund; or 

Re - supply of the required task or service without charge. 

8.Accidents, Breakage, Damage & Theft

8.1 Veranstaltenni must be informed of any incident where an accident, breakage, damage to property or theft has occurred due to an act of Veranstaltenni employee within 24 hours of the occurring incident. 

9. Privacy of Personal Information

9.1 Veranstaltenni shall not share any provided information with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service (unless required to do so by law); otherwise for business purposes. 

10. No Locked in Contract

10.1 There is no lock in contract; customers are required to provide 28 days notice prior to ceasing contract.
